There was again delightful weather for the concluding day of the Manawatu races. The attendance was large, and the course was in excellent order. Results:— KAIRANGA HURDLES, Of £175. One and three-quarter miles. 2 ROYAL MIMIC (C. Thomson) .. 1 7 MANAWATU 2 > COUNT WILLQNYX 3 All started. Won by two lengths, three lengths between second and third. Timo, 3.13 J. STONEYHURST JUVENILE, Of £l5O. About 5J furlongs. 1 LICKEM (Leach) 1 3 GREENWICH 2 10 SETTLEMENT 3 Scratched: Girl Pat. Wog by a neck; two and a half lengths between second and third. Time, 1.7 2-5. TAMATETE HANDICAP. Of £350. Umiles. 1 THE BUZZER (B. Morrte) .... 1 4 HAUT MONDE .. .. 2 8 MASTER CYKLON .. 3 Scratched: Curie. Won by a neck, a length between second and: third. Time, 2.6.
