OVER EXPOSURE TO SUN.
AUTHORITIES ISSUE WARNING. i Further Cases at Wellington. Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, April 8. Two infantile suspect* were admitted to the Wellington Hospital to-day— * boy aged 15, from Tawa Flat, and a boy aged 12, from Ngaio. The authorities consider it necessary to repeat it* injunction to the public to refrain from over-exertion and overexposure to the sun, though at the same time people should indulge in as much open-air life as possible. They blame the spell of warm weather for the present position. Their experience has been that many of the children affected have had a fall or suffered some shock, which seem* to have predisposed them to infection. So far as they know none of the cases in the Wellington district is reported very severe, and there seems evidence that f the majority of the population ; J>ave developed immunity.
