ARBITRATION COURT.

- U Press Association—Copyright. Christchurch, April 5. Because of the illness of Mr Justice Page and the number of appointments for cases to be heard in the Arbitration Court, ill. has been found necessary to make a temporary appointment to relieve the position. The Governor General to-day signed a warranlt for the temporary appointment of Mr Justice Northcroft, and from to-morrow he’ will be acting judge of the Arbitration Court as well as judge of the Supreme Count.
