Royal Wedding Gifts.

Tthe presents given to Princess Juliana of the Nether Linds l for her recent marriage included .a Maybach motorcar given by ths Queen. A large glass case is filled with golden gifts from the Princes of the Netherland East Indies. Among these was a bracelet set With jewels given by the East Indian population, a heavy gold dinner set from the- Sull an of Koetei, .and a pair of gold trees from the Sultan of Pontianak. The Pope’s present was a personal gold medal. Queen Mary gave a silver bowl, the Duke of Kent two silver smoking sets, and other members of the British Royal family sent a historic mirror made in 1735. Admiral Horthy’s present was a collection of Hungarian porcelain, and the French Government sent Sevres. The King- of Norwiay gave a red enamel powderbox; the Swiss Government a miniature watch; a large golden goblet was presented by the Union Wards Club of the City of London; and a crystal bowl by the King of the Belgians. A curious present was an imitation of the golden coach made from dried bread by people from Haarlem.
