The exemptions are at? follows; Any motor vehicle or a ler designed and ueed exclusively oi r incipally for ilke in agricultural operations, iuclusive of bits.. gnlmys and similar vu.iicles used in such operations. Any motor vehicles or ' raiier designed and used exclusively for driving or carrying well burring apparatus, taw bench apparatus, cranes, >ir compressor plants, extension bidders, scoops, trench digger , exca? ators, log haulers. Provision is ma'di in a second schedule for the exemption of any agricultural tractor its defined by section 2 of the Motet r-splrlta Taxation Amendment Act, 19118, and any motor vehicle designed ai l used exclusively for the construction or maintenance of roads and 'streets, and which upon the owner's application has been approved by the Minister of Transport.
