Provision is ma'di in a second schedule for the exemption of any agricultural tractor its defined by section 2 of the Motet r-splrlta Taxation Amendment Act, 19118, and any motor vehicle designed ai l used exclusively for the construction or maintenance of roads and 'streets, and which upon the owner's application has been approved by the Minister of Transport.
