Strike Still On In Sydney. Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, March 31. The foundries’ employees’ strike at Sydney still continues, but so far there has been no extension to the metal trades. The Employers’ Association met to-day and decided that foundries will not reopen until the men return to work under the terms of the Federal award. The employees in their turn are demanding an increase of 12/- a week, in addition to the elimination of overtime.
