EXERCISES IN BED.
Relaxation Before Sleep. These exercises, deviled by a famous beauty expert, are for the wo* man who finds it difficult to relax, and are to be done before your nightly beauty sleep. (1) Stretching in bed. Stretch aran above the head, fulling first one arm up. then the other, stretch ©very muscle from the waistline. At rhe same time stretch 4hr alternate leg do vdnwtard, pull ng first one, then the other. In this exercise, the pull should be felt from toes to fingertips. (2) Salaam in bid. Kneel in bed, body upright, arms stretched forward, head relaxed backward. Drop body forward, head between arms on bed, relaxing completely, trunk folded back on the heels. T.epeat several times. (3) Rollin:; in ted. Arms at side, body relaxed kneel slijhtly bent, roll over on one side, lea ditog- with the hips, and following with the should ers, until coi splet-ily turned over, face downward. ‘."urn back and repeat to othjr side. Do this several times, first to one t ide, t hen to the other.
