McMillan; vic-president, Mr. H. S. Sinclair; secretary and treasurer, Mr. J. B. MLi'in; executive committer, Messrs. M. J. Ogilvie, W. J. Hall, H. E. Me Caiman, L.. T. and W. S. Currie. It Was decided to set up a general committee of five members to confer and act with the execuivce. Mr. A. E. Marwick, who bad ably fulfilled the duties of secretary and treasurer for a long p riod, intimated that he would not seek re-election, and a motion of thanks and deep apprcciatvon for his unfixing service is on behalf of the branch and all who had sought his services was carried with acclamation. Suggestions were made by members regarding the value of, and need for, lectures and debaitcis of an educative and informative character, ior the assistance of both members and the general public.

It was decided to hold fortnightly meetings of the executive and monthly meetings of members. A telegram conveying the good wishes of the branch was forward-# ed to ‘the Prime Minister on hie departure for England.
