AUCKLAND WOOL CHEQUE
Probably Best Ever. It is estimated that the final Auckland wool sale of the season held on March 5 was worth about £512,000 to growers in the province. The buoyant prices at the final sale have capped the most successful wool season for a great number of years. The estimated yield for the three -Auckland sales this season is £1,565,/121, which greatly exceed the boom total of £1,024,682 in th© 1928-29 season. The total last season was £935,621.
