AMERICAN SURVEY CLIPPER. Heralding Regular World Service. Press Association —Copyright. Received 12.40 p.m. Honolulu, March 23. The American survey clipper hopped off to-day for Kingman Reef, en route to New Zealand. The pilot, Captain Edwin C.
