Police Fire On Crowd. Press Association—Copyright. New York, March 21. An attempt by the police to halt a nationalist demonstration at Ponoe, Porto Rico, to-day, resulted in a riot, in which Seven persons 'Were killed, two of whom were policemen, and 50 injured. The police fired on the crowd with riot guns and pistols'. Twenty-six demonstrators 'Were arrested. Extra guards are patrolling the streets.:
