TROPHY PRESENTATION Appropriate Music by Stratford Band. After the running of the A. W. Juuge Memorial Hack Handicap at the Stratford meeting- on' Satur'i y Mr J. A. Todd, owner of the winner. Xl.ipar, wa:_ presented with the tro--uy, a grandfather’s clock, by Mrs A W. Budge. 'llhc occasion was marked with apprcp. late music by the 'Straliord Citi lets’ Baud. Just before the ceremony there was h ard the old familia: •melody, ‘My Grandfather’s Clock” It us only a day or two before the meeting that a suggestion was made to play the tune, and the Conductor Mr A. J. K Uy, made a hasty search hrough the band's music library, th'' air at last being found in a musical ■wit.:
