Dairy Board’s'Offer Approved Press Association —vjopyrrglit. Wellington, March 18 Approval of the action of the Dairy Board in offering a contribution of £lO,OOO for the free supply of mnk ot school children was expressed by the Dominion dairy conference today. Delegates were of the opinion that there should be no further contribution by the board and that in view of the fact that there was to be i national scheme the expense should be borne by the Consolidated Fund. The chairman of the Dairy Hoard, Mr. A. J. Murdoch, said that until recently the board had been caTled upon for money tor the scheme. In the original form it was represented the scheme would cost £107,000, and -he board v.'as prepared to contribute about 10 per cent.
