Complaint by North Riding Member. The worn condition of r-> r a : n lbNorth Riding was referred to by Councillor W. Vickers at to-lay’--meeting- of the- Stratford County Council. He said that soon r or later the council would have to consider milking permanent repairs. Some ratepayers were getting p-rturbed and were considering approaching the council. Patching. was being done n 6 they were getting nowhere. Ho eonsulered it unjust that the should have to put money on fie estimates to do -the. work when the s ttlers were paying rates.
