RECIPROCAL TRADE.

The United States is expected soon to start explanatory conversations with Japan in regard to a reciprocal trade agreement, states the Washington correspondent of the New York Times. Expert? are confident that a basis will be readily found. It'Ys not believed the progress- of the BritishAmerican reciproc il trade, conversations will be delayed until after the Imperial Conference.
