German Assurance Given. Press Association —Copyright. Berlin, March 16. Herr Hitler, receiving King Christian of Denmark, who was passing through Berlin to Copenhagen Worn a holiday in the French RiverPa, Is reported to have assured him that Germany was willing to guarantee the inviolability of Denmark’s frontiers. They conversed .alone for 30 minutes. It 'was afterwards announced that the meeting* constituted an important step towards the pacification of Europe.
