Mr Neville Chamberlain in the House of Commons, read a message from the King asking for the provsion of a Civil List for the Queen’ and her children, except the Princess Elizabeth, who, with the Duke of Gloucester, will be provided for from the Duchy of Cornwall revenues. The Duke of Windsor is not mentioned.
