TO-DAY’S RECIPE.
Economical Pudding. Ingredients for this are 3 tablespoons butter or dripping, 1 cup water, 1 cup plain flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, J cup currants, 1 teaspoon carbonate of soda. Mix in the uiual way and steam for 3 hours. Serve with white sauce or custard.
