RED ARMY ORDERS.
Saluting Introduced. Press Association —Copyright. Moscow, March 9. New Red Army orders designate generals at commapders and approve the introduction of the ranks of colonel, major, captain, lieutenant, and sergeant. They also compel saluting, which hitherto was proiibited.
