Two hundred delegate*.', representing twenty countries, are attending an International Labour Conference which is being held in London to consider the situation in Spain. Mr Walter Citrine is presiding. The Spanish delegate, Senor Pascual Tomas, suggested a simultaneous sympathetic strike in every European country.
