Palmerston North Plan. Press Association —Copyright. Palmerston North, March 10. The twenty-first anniversary of the Returned Soldiers' Association occurs at the end of April . It has been suggested that the Palmerston North branch present the city council with an inscribed, bound memorial, expressing appreciation of the assistance given returned soldiers, and give to the city two seats, in marble, to be placed near the soldiers’ memorial in the Square.
