ADMIRAL RECALLED.
Help For British Shipping Press Association —Copyright. London, March 9. The Daily Telegraph’s naval correev pondent says that the Admiralty has recalled Paymaster-Rear Admiral Sir Eldon Manisty from retirement in.order to assist the British shipping committee. Sir Eldon was largely responsible for the success of the convoy system during the war.
