London, March 1. Despite Italian and German discouragement the Austrian monarchists are increasing their activities, states the. Vienna correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. All monarchist organisa-t tions were represented at a meeting to which the Government sent the Vice-Chancellor, Field-Marshal Hui-; gerth, and mapy prominent officials. : The Nazis demonstrated by throwing huge stink bombs and shouting, “Down with the speakers!” Dr. Steiner, vice-president of the Monarchists' Soldiers’ Ring, violently attacked the'Nazis and declared: “Wo will clear both the Nazis anjd Communists from the way. There is little difference between tile two. Monarch ism leads in Austria. We demand the restoration of the Archduke Otto as the head of the Christiaii German Authoritarian State.”
