EX-FOREIGN MINISTER
Rumanian Statesman May Return To Politics. M. Titulescu!, for five years Rumania’s Foreign Minister, has recovered from the illness which followed his superceseion in August last, and is expected back in Bucharest shortly. This prospect has caused no little worry to hit' political enemies. Those Rumanians who best know the clever, versatile, ex-Foreign Secretary, are convinced that if M. Titulescu choses to re-enter politics thousands of people will rally to him.
Both lyi. Maniu and Marshal Avereicu, two powerful People's party leaders, have lately become more active. Should they unite their forces with M. Titulescu no voice would dare oppose their wishes.
