Peasants’ Welcome To New Landlord. BudaiJWt. Miss Lilian Harvey, the favourit film actress, has bought Count Zich estate of 476 acres in Tetetlen at the price of 277,000 pengos. Between Christmas and New Tear Miss Harvey paid a visit to her new home, being received at the station by her four-in-hand and a cortege of peasant carts. Miss Harvey -won the hearts of the peasants by addressing them in their own language, being, as she herself states, in possession of 200 Magyar words. She entertained the- village intelligentsia to tea, dispensed toys at the creche, and parcels to 50 schoolchildren, besides entertaining the peasants.
