The organisation would control physical education and instruction to children so long as they Remained at school. In planning foi* the inauguration of a national council of sport the Government: considered the existing organisations need not .be interfered with. Provincial councils would link
| with the national council. The couq- | cil would consist of representatives < of sports bodies; with the Internal > Affairs Department represented.
