At a Grand Lodge meeting, the Earl of Harewood for the Grand Master, read a message from the Duke of Connaught announcing that. His Majesty the King was pleased to accept the rank of Past Grand Master of the Masonic Order. The Earl of Harewood said that a great honour had been conferred upon the Order by His Majesty and it would be received with the utmost gratification by the whole Craft. The, Duke of Connaught was re-elected Grand Master. He has held that office since 16911
