Accountant Leaves Staff of “Central Press.”
Miss Edna Anderson* who has been accountant in the office of the "Central Press” tince its Inception in November and before that for many years with the "Stratford Evening Post!," was fareiWelled by the staff of the paper this afternoon, prior to her departure to take up an important secretarial post with the “Taranaki Herald,” New Plymouth. In making her a presentation of a pocket writing outfit from fellowmembers of the staff, Mr. H. E. Taylor, manager, thanked Miss Anderson for the enthusiastic and efficient service she had given the paper and for her kindly assistance to all others In the office. It was difficult to think of the paper without thinking of Miss Anderson, and she carried her 4 the best wishes of every mem/ber of the ttaff. Miss Anderson suitably rejflied and referred to her happy associations with the paper.
