Smoking ’by juveniles is not encouraged in some of the South American cities. Boys and girls under 18 caught smoking—in public—are liable to a heavy fine. Young smokers are better off in New Zealand, where they can indulge in the seductive cigarette in public withou-t Jet or hindrance.
