In a Sheffield Shield cricket match South Australia in the second innings lost three wickets for 132 (Ryan 41, Bradman, not out, 38, Badcock, not out, 27; O’Reilly took two wickets for 13). Rain stopped the play and 1 tumps were drawn at 5 p.m. New South Wales won on. the first innings by 85 runs.
