Novel Address by Member of

Parliament.

Press Association —Copyright. Received 11.30 a.m. London, Feb. 19.

Mr. Mourtault, a member of the House of Commons, initiated a new experiment in addressing his electorate by telephone. He spoke from the House and his voice was amplified through loudspeakers in Chichester. It is expected that the idea will be developed in elections and so save members.' of the House of Commons from rushing over to their constituencies and spending only a few minutes at eaclimseting.
