The net profit of the National Mortgage and Agency Co. of New Zealand, Ltd., is announced as £21,143, making possible a dividend of 5 per <?ent. and a bonus of 11 per cent. There is carried forward £15,409. The directors emphasise that the bonus applies only to the year under review and must not be taken as an indication of increased distributions in the future.
