To-day’s Forecast. COOL AND CHANGEABLE. Press Association—Copyright. Wellington To-day. A ridge of relatively high pressure extends from Tasmania north-east-wards to beyond northern New Zealand, while the pressure is still rather low to the south and south-east and a series of slight depressions continues to come from the westward. The forecast is for moderate to strong but gradually decreasing south-westerly winds; weather cool and changeable with scattered showers, but gradually improving; seas rough but moderating.
