Resolution By New South Wales Fruitgrowers.
Press Association—Copyright. Received 11.45 a.m. Sydney, To-day. The Central Coastal District Council of the New South Wales Fruitgrowers’ Federation passed a resolution requesting the Federal Government to take immediate and decided steps towards a permanent agreement with New Zealand for at least a fair proportion of ffie New Zealand citrus requirements, and recommending in return that New Zealand be offered a share, by quota, of the Australian market for potatoes and apples, subject to rigorous examination and inspection by both countries of their respective imports and exports.
