Financial -Difficulties Of N.Z. Colleges. Press Association—Copyright. Received 12.30 pjn. Sydney. To-day. Dr. J. A. Hight, Professor of History and Rector of Canterbury University College, who ie en route to the Australian rt New Zealand University Conference at Adelaide, said that, the financial difliculties of the New Zealand University Colleges Wclro cauitng the authorities much anxiety. “For some years our Universities have been in need of money. Things are now improving a little as the present Government is very sympathetic towards' i ducation.”
