Sir Basil Brooke, Minister of Agriculture in Northern Ireland, on his arrival in 'Sydney from New Zealand, said that the agricultural methods in Mew Zealand and Australia were as modern as any in the world. New Zealand appeared to be far ahead in grass breeding. He was having samples of white clover and rye sent to Ireland for experimental purposes.
