Labour Party Will Not Vote Duke Money. Press Association—Copyright. Received noon. London, Feb. 10. The. Parliamentary Labour Party has decided to oppose any grant to the Duke of Windsor from the Civil List and also to press for the nationalisation of the revenues of the Duchies of Cornwall and Lancaster.
