Japanese Arrange Finance For Munitions. Press Association—Copyright. Received 1 p.m. Tokio, February 9. The Bank of Japan in the future wrll co-operate with the Industrial Bank, which will be encouraged to extend ample credit in view of the increasing production of munitions and other key industries.
