Becoming a Nuisance to Lord Nuffield. Press Association—Copyright. Received 1.30 p.m. Melbourne, To-day. Lord Nuffield, on his arrival at Melbourne, said that although he liked Australia, he would not visit it again if people continued to send him letters begging for financial assistance. He had already received about 5000 begging letters. "I am arranging benefactions for each State in proportion to its population.” , Lord Nuffield added that these gifts would be distributed only after consultation with the proper authorities.
