EX-CROWN PRINCE.
NOT NAZI TROOPER.
Alleged Secret Activities Of
Prince.
Press Association—Copyright,
London, Feb. 5.
Herr Hitler, says the correspondent of the Daily Herald at Berlin, has ordered a close watch to be kept on the movements of the ex-Crown Prince Wilhelm .because of hie alleged secret activities, including attiendelnce ati numerous meetings of Germany army generals. Some army generals are known to be luke-warm towards the Nazi regime, which is.' causing concern in Nazi/ circles. They recognise that the Prussian aristocracy would look to the ex-Crown Prince first and foremost if signs' developed that Herr Hitler’s grip on Germany was slipping. The ex-Crown Prince was allowed to return to Germany after three years’ exile on condition that he did no participate in domestic or foreign poises. He never allijed himself with the Nazis except for a brief appearance as a “Motor Storm Trooper.”
