BROADCASTS FROM GERMANY

ANTI-BRITISH. NAZI METHODS British Government Recording All Transmissions. Press Association—Copyright. Received noon. London, Feb. 5. The Daily Herald gives prominence to a statement that in consequence of misrepresentations in Nazi broadcasts, Whitehall is now recording every transmission in which Britain and British rule is vilified and the Government’s pronouncements distorted.

The Herald also quotes the testimony of New Zealand that British rule is fiercely attacked in German broadcasts to the natives of Samoa and New Guinea. Those to New Zealand and Australia are friendly in a heavy German way, but they extol Nazism.
