Results At New Plymouth Yesterday. Beautiful weather ensured a successful opening for the Taranaki Jockey Club’s carnival. The gate receipts showed an increase of £126 compared with last year, and the totalisator handled £14,958 10s., an increase of £4,935 10s. on the amount last year. The Postmaster General. Hon. F.
