Press Association—Copyright. Received 11.40 a.m. London ,Feb. 4. To mark New Zealand Day, Mr. W. J. Jordan, High Commissioner, will broadcast to the Empire from Daventry at 8.30 a.m. on February 6. London celebrations have been fixed for February 8.
