Smoking iby juveniles is not encouraged in some of the South American cities. Boys and girls under 18 caught smoking—in public—are liable to a heavy fine. Young smokers are better off in New Zealand, where they can indulge in the seductive cigarette in public without Jet or hindrance. Well, if they must smoke they should smoke “toasted”—the the purest and finest tobacco procurable. You can make ten of the choicest cigarettes (full-size) for fourpence, or less, of either Riverhead Gold or Desert Gold, the two cigarette tobaccos chiefly in demand.
