COMPENSATION CLAIM
Norway Wants Damages From Spain. Press Association —Copyright. Received 1 p.m. Oslo, Feb. 3. The Norwegian Charge O’Affaires at Valencia has lodged a compensation claim for £20,000 for damages through the shelling of the steamer Guinea resulting in four tailors being killed.
