PUBLIC NOTICES. TRANSPORT LICENSING, AMENDMENT ACT, 1936. NOTICE OF MEETING OF NO. 2 TRANSPORT LICENSING AUTHORITY. TT is hereby notified that the undermentioned applications have beep, received by the No. 2 Transport Licensing Authority, and a Public Sitting of the Authority will be commenced in the Courthouse, Stratford, at 10 a.m. on THURSDAY, 18th FEBRUARY, 1937, for the purpose of receiving evidence and representations in favour of or against the granting of the applications. Following recent legislation, the conditions of licenses are likely to be altered, and in certain cases areas may be extended and restrictions removed on the Authority’s own motion. All I operators and others likely to be interested are therefore advised to be present or represented at the hearings.
