NOVEL DIVORCE SUIT.
Wife Takes Husband of Rival Press Association—Copyright. London, December 22. A decree nisi was granted at Birmingham Assizes to Mrs Annie Fincher, of Greatfield Road, Kidderminster, who asked for Mr Justice Atkinson’s discretion regarding her own misconduct. She admitted that after her husband had gone to live with a Mrs Phyllis Bywater, she went to live with Mr Bywater, who had now divorced his wife. Granting the decree on the ground of Mr Fincher’s adultery. Mr Justice Atkinson remarked: “Well, 1 suppose there is no good in refusing this.”
