MORE COMMENT. Views of Czechoslovakian Press. Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. Prague, January 31. The Czechoslovakian Press, commenting on Herr Hitler’s speech, states that the general attitude of the powerful States in Europe to the smaller ones is far from satisfactory. It must be remembered that the smaller States have their rights as well. The Czechoslovakian Government has always respected the rights of the minorities.
