An almost unprecedented demand for reserved seats has been experienced by the management of the Plaza Theatre in connection with the current season of the famous film, “San Francisco.” Over 2000 bookings were recorded at 10 a.in. to-day and every hour sees an increase. The opening performance on Saturday night saw the “House Full” sign displayed long before the curtain rose: The whole of the dress circle and back stalls were booked and the demand for the unreserved front stalls was far beyond the capacity of the theatre.
