Australia May Withdraw If She Wishes. Press Association—Copyright. Spdney, Jan. 28. It is reported that the right to withdraw, if dissatisfied, from the Umpire flying-boat air mail service has been conferred on Australia by the Britsh Government. A complete agreement is now assured, and simultaneous announcements by all Empire Governments concerned are likely to be made within a month. It is understood that the British Government takes the view thtt as it has decided to establish a service between. London and Auckland, whether or not Australia agreed to participate, it was not\ making any real sacrifice in giving the Commonwealth the right to leave the partnership a any tim it desired.
